5. Waivers and Safety

Entry and participation in any Funzy Play facility require acceptance of our digital waiver, which releases Funzy Play from certain liabilities related to play, parties, and events.
Parents or guardians must complete the waiver before entry.

We maintain a safe environment, but participation in play activities involves inherent risks. By entering, you acknowledge and accept those risks.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites and materials (including logos, text, photos, and videos) is owned or licensed by Funzy Play and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

By providing your mobile number or email, you may receive transactional messages (e.g., confirmations, updates).
Promotional texts or emails are sent only if you consent separately (via the optional checkbox).
