This Privacy Policy explains how Funzy Play collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, use our apps or online forms, complete our waiver, book services or events, communicate with us (including by SMS), or visit our locations (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Booking & Transaction Data: Event details, child/guest names, purchases, memberships, payment method tokens (processed by our payment processor), invoices, and receipts.

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, identifiers, cookies, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and timestamps.

  • Photos/Media (optional): Images or videos from events or reviews with parental/guardian consent.

  • Job/Partner Data: Resume or business contact details (if you apply or collaborate).

We collect information directly from you (e.g., during registration, waiver, or booking) and automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve the Services (bookings, memberships, check-ins, events).

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Funzy Play for account-related purposes (e.g., booking confirmations, membership reminders, or updates).
Promotional messages are sent only with your separate express consent (for example, if you check the promotional checkbox).

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • To opt out, reply STOP at any time.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We process your phone number and message metadata solely to deliver and manage SMS communications.
Our SMS may be delivered via providers such as Twilio.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
