1. How do I check if my preferred date and time is available?

2. Are adults included in the package price?
Yes. Each package includes a certain number of adults. Extra adults require an additional fee (varies by package).
3. Can we bring our own food or birthday cake?
Yes — outside food is allowed with an $80 outside-food fee. Cakes and cupcakes are exempt (no ice cream cake).
4. How many kids can attend? Can we add more?
Each package includes a specific number of kids. Extra kids can be added based on the package rate.
5. What supervision is provided? Do parents need to stay?
Yes, parents should stay for the party. A dedicated Party Coordinator will assist you and handle all details on the day of the celebration.
6. Is a waiver required?
Yes, all participating families must complete our digital waiver before the event.
7. What is Funzy cancellation or reschedule policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. With notification within 15 business days, we can convert your deposit into Funzy credits valid for 365 days.
8. Is parking available?
Yes. Funzy is located inside Tangram Mall on the ground floor, with parking in the basement. Please use this address on Google Map to bring you there: Tangram parking. Party guests will receive a parking coupon (4 hrs/$6).
9. Can I bring additional decorations?
Our packages already include a balloon garland. You may bring non-balloon easy-set-up decorations only. All extra decorations are supposed to be dropped off in store 2 weeks before the party date.
To Host:
1. Arrival & Setup Time
Hosts may check in 20 minutes before the party. Guests may arrive up to 5 minutes early.
2. Final Headcount
Please provide your final number of kids at least 48 hours before the party.
3. Waiver
Please ensure all families complete the digital waiver in advance. This speeds up check-in at the front desk.
4. Socks Required
Grip socks are required for kids & adults. Forgot? We sell them on-site for $3.50 per pair.
5. Outside Food Policy
Pizza and soda are included in the package.
Additional outside food = $80 fee (cake/cupcakes excluded; no ice cream cake).
6. Decorations
Balloon garlands are included. We only accept non-balloon additional decorations.
Please drop off extra décor at least one week before your party.
7. Parking
Parking address: 37-25 College Point Blvd, Queens, NY 11354.
Our store is on Level C. Party guests receive a parking discount (4 hrs / $6). Pick up vouchers at the front desk.
