By bringing together play, learning, and community in one welcoming space, we help children explore, parents connect, and families create lasting memories. Our mission is to inspire every generation to have fun, learn, and build meaningful relationships that last a lifetime.

Melody Loi
Founder of Funzy Play
Melody Loi is the Founder and CEO of Funzy Play, a family club created from a simple idea: every family deserves a village.

As parents ourselves, we know the juggle of work, childcare, and finding meaningful moments together. Alongside Olivia and Rebecca, Melody set out to create a space where children can learn through play while parents feel supported, connected, and welcome.
​
At Funzy Play, children explore, create, and build friendships through joyful play experiences inspired by real parenting journeys and early childhood expertise. Meanwhile, parents and caregivers can relax with a coffee, connect with others, and find a community that understands the adventure of raising little ones.

After earning my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbia University, I became a preschool teacher while building Funzy Play's first location in New Jersey.

I created Funzy Play as an oasis where children have the freedom to truly be kids: to explore, be silly, learn, have fun, and build friendships along the way. It is about helping children discover their confidence and strengths while giving parents a space to connect, recharge, and feel supported.

As a mom, I know I am learning as I go too. One of my favorite parts of Funzy Play is meeting families, hearing their stories, and being part of this incredible journey together. I cannot wait to welcome even more parents and little ones into our Funzy community."
